Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹998.
  • A standard shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹999 but above ₹298/-.
  • A shipping charge of ₹99/- will be applicable on orders below ₹299/-.
  • These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
  • The shipping charges can be modified by ReBa Creations at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • The estimate delivery time may vary slightly from State to State & Metro to Non-Metro City. Days are calculated as working days, excluding Sundays & Holidays
  • For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.
    ReBa Creations ensures to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering the products as per the Estimated Delivery Date, however, at times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which ReBa Creations is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as ReBa Creations continuously tries to nought such instances. Also, ReBa Creations reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) in your account.

Delays & Issues

  • If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.
  • In case of incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, we are not responsible for delivery delays or losses.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement for a full refund. To cancel your order, please send us an email on business@rreba.com or WhatsApp us on +91-9112193067. Accordingly, our team will confirm the cancellation to you via your mail or SMS.

Order Cancellation by Us

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or unforeseen issues.
  • If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be processed.
